Jackson, TN: One Community, One Book

Memphis and Nashville may get all the glory, but Jackson is truly a gem of a town, a lovely small-town city with a vibrant community of passionate readers. Jackson's one community, one book title is one of my absolute favorites, Pride and Prejudice, and I was asked by the Friends of the Library, Lambuth University, and Jackson State Community College to talk about my favorite subject, Jane Austen. I gave a talk and read snippets from my book. It was truly a delightful experience.
